Olesya was cast as Kelsi Nielsen in High school musical 1,2 and 3 which as of 2019 have now been viewed more than 200 million times.

As well as featuring in one of the largest Disney franchises ever, Olesya has featured in other series that you may have heard of - like CSI and Family guy.

Olesya was born 4 hours north of Moscow, is fluent in Russian, is trained in Ballet and is also the writer of the notable literature ‘Hounds of Love’ which is unbound poetry which Olesya created.

In this episode, we delve into following an unconventional career path, how to bounce back from failure, how Olesya handles the uncertainty and unpredictability of the acting business, which is also highly relevant to entrepreneurs, and how Olesya handled devastating heartbreak.
